摘要
在国家创新驱动发展战略背景下,产学研合作已经成为区域加快科技成果转化、推进创新体系建设的重要途径。本文构建产学研合作网络连接知识距离-体制距离分析框架,并运用北京2001-2015年发明合作专利数据进行经验研究。研究结果表明:北京产学研合作网络规模逐年增大,新进入者数量不断增加并产生重要影响;4大类组织合作连接模式中,双异质合作连接模式占据主导地位,其次是跨体制合作连接模式、跨知识合作连接模式和邻近性合作连接模式,整体上北京产学研合作网络正在从双异质合作向跨知识和跨体制合作转变;研究机构、大学、混合制企业与民营企业积极建立合作关系成为趋势。
In the context of national innovation-driven development strategy, Industry-University-Research cooperation has become an important way to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and promote the construction of innovation system in the region. This paper provides an analysis framework of knowledge distance-institution distance of IUR cooperation network, and conducts an empirical research using the data of invention cooperative patents in Beijing from 2001 to 2015.The results show that the scale of Beijing’s IUR cooperation network is increasing year by year, and the number of new entrants is increasing and has an important impact.Among the four types of organizational cooperative connection modes, biheterogeneous cooperative connection mode dominates, followed by cross-institution cooperative connection mode,cross-knowledge cooperative connection mode and proximity cooperative connection mode.On the whole, Beijing’s IUR cooperation network is transforming from biheterogeneous cooperation to cross-knowledge and cross-system cooperation.It has become a trend for research institutions, universities, hybrid enterprises and private enterprises to actively establish cooperative relations.
