中国参政党政治文化主要指中国八个民主党派在与中国共产党通力合作过程中形成的制度、规范和传统,尤其是内化于民主党派的政治目标和政治观念等。以响应中共中央"五一"号召为标志,各民主党派历史地、自觉地选择了接受中国共产党领导,由此形成了中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度,也因此成为了中国参政党政治的逻辑起点。新时代中国参政党政治文化的主要内容主要有:以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导、坚持中国共产党的领导、坚持中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度、以建设富强民主文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化强国为目标、以中华人民共和国宪法为根本活动准则、建设中国特色社会主义高素质参政党等。中国参政党政治文化基本特征主要有:目标一致性、政治共识性、参政合作性等。

The political culture of participatory party refers to the system,standards and tradition that the 8 democratic parties cooperate with the communist party,especially refers to the political goal and concept internalized in the democratic parties. With the mark of responding to CPC Central Committee’s "May Day",all democratic parties chose to accept CPC’s lead historically and automatically,based on which the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation has been developed as the logical origin for China’s participatory party. The main content includes taking Xi Jinping’s new time theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the guide,insisting on CPC’s leadership and the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the communist party of China as the goal,and taking the goal of constructing the socialist modern country with rich and democratic civilization and harmony beauty.
