玄奘故事对日本平安时期说话文学的影响——以《今昔物语集》为中心

The Influence of Xuanzang Stories on Setsuwa Bungaku in Halcyon Days——With the Center of “Tales of the Past and Present”

玄奘法师的故事是中外交流史上的一段佳话,也为日本的说话物语提供了丰富的题材。平安时期的说话集《今昔物语集》的创作汲取了大量来自《大唐西域记》和《大唐大慈恩寺三藏法师传》的玄奘故事,有的故事在征引时进行了改写或删减。文章以《今昔物语集》为例,对其中收录的玄奘故事的征引、叙述、改写等问题进行考察,并探讨这些故事被征引的特征以及影响。

The story about Master Xuanzang is the much told one in the history of China’s international communication,which also provided rich subjects for Japanese setswa bungaku. The creation of"Tales of the Past and Present",a collection in Halcyon Days,absorbed a lot of elements from"Great Tang Records on the Western Regions"and"Tang Dynasty Great Mercy Temple Sanzang Master Biography ",though adaptations and deletions were made. With"Tales of the Past and Present"as an example,the issues concerning quotations,narration,and adaptation are discussed in terms of the features and influence.
