教育公平视野下的教师公平观研究

Teacher's View of Fairness From the View of Educational Equality

当前,我国对教育公平问题的关注日趋重视,教师作为学校教育中承担教学任务的主力军,对学生的身心发展有巨大的影响,因此有必要研究教师的公平观。教师公平观可以从公平认知、公平情感、公平意志和公平行为等四方面进行研究,四者形成有机整体,实现内部自我循环。应该从教师培训、教育部门监管、学校规章制度完善、教师自我反思四个方面培养教师公平观。

Presently,the issue of educational equality has been attracting more and more attention. Teachers,as the major force of education,have great influence on students’ physical and psychological development so that it is necessary to explore teacher’s view on fairness,which can be studied from the aspects of perception,emotion,will,and behavior.The four aspects develop an organic integrity and realize inner circulation. Teachers’ view on fairness should be studied from the perspectives of teacher training,supervision over education institution,rules and regulations in school.
