保温隔音装修材料燃烧及产烟性能 被引量:6

Combustion and smoke performance of the thermal and sound insulation decoration materials

摘要 选取室内装修中常见的3种保温隔音材料进行烟密度试验和氧指数试验,研究其产烟性能和燃烧性能。用水系灭火剂S-100-AB-DW浸泡材料后进行对比试验,研究水系灭火剂对材料产烟性能的影响。结果表明:无论是否经过S-100-ABPT浸泡,总产烟量及烟密度等级顺序均为:PIR-PU>XPS>EPDM;经过S-100-AB-PT处理后,EPDM、XPS的总产烟量及烟密度等级升高,PIR-PU的总产烟量和烟密度等级降低。未经S-100-AB-PT处理时,氧指数值顺序为:EPDM>PIRPU>XPS;经过S-100-AB-PT处理后,3种材料的氧指数值均提高,氧指数值顺序变为:PIR-PU>EPDM>XPS。 The smoke density test and oxygen index test were performed on 3 kinds of common indoor thermal and sound insulation decoration materials.The smoke production performance and the combustion performance were researched.Contrast experiments on samples soaked hy water-based extinguisher S-100-AB-PT were carried out toinvestigate the influence of water-based extinguisher on smoke density of the sematerials.According to the results,the total production of smoke and smoke density rating were in the order of PIR-PU >XPS >EPDM under both condition.After adding water-based extinguisher S-100-AB-PT,the total production of smoke and smoke density rating of EPDM and XPS increased, while the total producnon of smoke and smoke density rating of PIR-PU decreased.The oxygen index was in the order of EPDM > PIR-P >XPS without S-100-AB-PT;after adding S-100-AB- PT,the oxygen index was in the order of PIR-PU >EPDM >XPS. LOI of the three materials all improved after adding S-100-AB-PT.
