从化工类火灾典型案例谈消防规划编制

Discussion on fire planning based on typical cases of chemical fire

以2008-2017年56起化工类火灾事故救援为研究对象,从火灾事故类型、处置所需车辆、兵力、处置时间等相关灭火救援实战数据和经验教训中,初步研究和分析存在的主要问题和需要改进的方面。从消防规划编制的顶层设计出发,就应对石化企业火灾事故,改进和加强消防规划编制工作提出对策和建议。

Taking 56 chemical fire fighting and rescue cases from 2008 to 2017 as the research object,this paper preliminarily studies and analyses the main problems and the aspects needing improvement from the fire accident types,the vehicles,troops,disposal time and other relevant data and lessons.Starting from the top-level design of fire protection planning,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve and strengthen the fire protection planning in response to fire accidents in petrochemical enterprises.
