吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶和胞质多聚腺苷酸化元件结合蛋白4在胃癌组织的表达及临床意义 被引量:10

Expression of indoleamine 2,3 -dioxygenase and cytoplasmic polyadenylation element binding pro- tein 4 in gastric carcinoma and their clinical significance

摘要 目的探讨吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶(IDO)和胞质多聚腺苷酸化元件结合蛋白4(CPEB4)在胃癌及癌旁组织的差异表达及临床意义。方法收集92例胃癌肿瘤标本,应用免疫组织化学方法检测IDO和CPEB4在胃癌组织和癌旁组织的表达水平。结果IDO在胃癌组织的阳性表达率为65.22%(60/92),明显高于胃癌癌旁组织阳性表达率[38.04%(35/92),t=13.60,P<0.01],IDO表达水平与胃癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(分别为t=7.64、5.37,P<0.05);CPEB4在胃癌组织的阳性表达率为57.61%(53/92),明显高于胃癌癌旁组织阳性表达率[32.61%(30/92),t= 11.61,P<0.01],CPEB4表达水平与胃癌组织学分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(分别为t= 5.58、6.85、7.35,P<0.05)。结论IDO和CPEB4的表达水平与胃癌的发生、发展明显相关。 Objective To investigate the expression of indoleamine 2, 3-dioxygenase (IDO) and cytoplasmic polyadenylation element binding protein 4 (CPEB4) in gastric carcinoma and their clinical significance.Methods A total of 92 cases of gastric carcinoma from January 2015 to December 2017 were collected. The immunohistochemical method was used to detect and analyze the expression levels of IDO and CPEB4 in gastric carcinoma and adjacent gastric tissues.Results The expression rate of IDO was 65.22% (60/92) in gastric carcinoma tissues, and 38.04% (35/92) in non-cancerous adjacent gastric tissues (t=13.60, P<0.01). The expressions levels of IDO were related gastric carcinoma to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (t=7.64, 5.37 respectively, P<0.05). The expression rate of CPEB4 was 57.61% (53/92) in gastric carcinoma tissues, and 32.61% (30/92) in non-cancerous adjacent gastric tissues (t=11.61, P<0.01). The expression levels of CPEB4 were related gastric carcinoma to histology grade, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (t= 5.58, 6.85, 7.35 respectively, P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of IDO and CPEB4 may be related to the carcinogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma.
