摘要
提出了一种永磁同步电机电磁噪声计算方法,采用2D电磁场有限元仿真计算气隙中的电磁力波,建立定子单环结构模型计算定子结构在电磁力波作用下的谐响应振动速度,将定子外圆等效为有效长圆柱体模型来计算声功率级噪声;对逆变器SVPWM供电引起的电磁噪声进行了计算;将样机测试数据与计算值进行对比。该计算方法能够满足工程设计的需求。
A method for calculating electromagnetic noise of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) was presented. The electromagnetic force wave in air gap was simulated by 2D electromagnetic field finite element method. The stator single-loop structure model was established to calculate the harmonic response vibration velocity of the stator structure under electromagnetic force wave. The stator outer circle was equivalent to the effective long cylinder model to calculate the sound power level noise. The electromagnetic noise caused by inverter SVPWM power supply was calculated. The test data of the prototype was compared with the calculated value. The calculation method could satisfy the engineer requirement.
