摘要
对某动力集中型动车组动力车车体进行结构强度分析,利用HyperMesh12.0软件建立车体有限元模型。依据UIC 566和EN 12663-1/2010标准确定车体的静强度载荷工况和疲劳强度载荷工况,基于von Mises应力评估车体结构静强度;根据DVS 1612标准的焊接钢结构疲劳强度方法评估车体的疲劳强度;在ANSYS软件中采用Block Lanczos法,对不带顶盖车体进行结构自由模态分析,评估车体刚度情况。通过对车体结构进行计算分析,动力车车体结构的设计满足强度和刚度相关要求。
The car body structural strength of power concentrated EMU was analyzed, and the finite element model was established by using HyperMesh12.0 software. According to the standard of UIC 566 and EN 12663-1/2010 to determine the body’s static strength load conditions and fatigue strength load conditions, static strength of the car body based on von Mises stress was assessed;The fatigue strength of the vehicle body was evaluated according to the fatigue strength method of welded steel structure based on DVS 1612 standard;By using Block Lanczos method in ANSYS software, the situation of the body stiffness was assessed with the free mode analysis of body structure without the top. Through the calculation and analysis of the car body model, the design of the car body structure of power concentrated EMU met the relevant requirements of strength and stiffness.
