摘要
以3种不同结构特征的粉体填料及稀土化合物填料作为补强体系制备了单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,研究了填料种类及配伍对涂料性能的影响。结果表明:稀土填料对涂料具有较好的增强增韧效果,稀土改性伊利石粉与高岭土的协同补强体系可使涂料的拉伸强度达到8.75 MPa,断裂伸长率达到730%,撕裂强度达到38.9 N/mm。
One-component polyurethane waterproofing coating is prepared by using three kinds of powder fillers with different structural features and rare earth compound filler as reinforcing system. The influence of filler types and compatibility on coating properties is investigated. The results show that rare earth filler has better strengthening and toughening effect on coatings, the synergistic strengthening system of rare earth modified illite powder and kaolin can make the tensile strength of the coating reach 8.75 MPa, the elongation at break reache 730%, and the tear strength reache 38.9N/mm.
