含油含粉沥青喷淋污水的净化工艺研究

改性沥青卷材生产过程中会产生大量的沥青烟气,夹杂着水分、石粉与胶粉等。通用的尾气处理方法第1道工序是喷水降温、除尘除油,水继续循环使用。随着水变浊、变浑、产生异味,其喷淋效果也慢慢衰减,甚至成为下道工序的污染源。本文介绍了一种含油含粉沥青喷淋污水的净化工艺,包括水杂分离、渣液分离、脱色除味三个部分。

A large amount of asphalt fumes will be produced during the production of modified asphalt membranes,mixed with moisture,stone powder and rubber powder.The first step of common treatment method is water spray cooling,dust removal and oil removal,and the water continues to be recycled.As the water becomes cloudy,smashed,and smells,the spray effect is slowly attenuated and even becomes a source of pollution in the next process.This article introduces a kind of purification process of oily and powdery asphalt spray sewage,including separation of water and impurity,separation of slag, decolorization and deodorization.
