2013—2017年广州血液中心非检测因素血液报废统计及分析

Statistical analysis of the non-detection-cause discarded bloodin Guangzhou blood center from 2013 to 2017

目的统计2013—2017年广州血液中心血液制品报废量并分析主要原因,探寻有效预防措施,降低报废率。方法通过回顾性研究,收集2013—2017年非检测因素血液报废量并进行统计分析。结果 2013—2017年广州血液中心共采集制备4 777 640 U血液,共报废281 250 U全血及成分血,报废率5. 89%(281 250/4 777 640)。非检测因素血液总体报废率为3. 01%(143 821/4 777 640),其中乳糜血和破袋是非检测因素造成血液报废的主要因素,其他因素还包括非标量、过期血、溶血、纤维蛋白析出及凝块等。结论中心非检测因素造成血液报废率逐年上升后于2017年下降,应继续扩大无偿献血宣传,加强献血者健康征询,完善质量体系,严格执行各项操作规程,使宝贵血液资源得以更好利用。

Objective Statistical analysis of the blood discarded in Guangzhou Blood Center from 2013 to 2017 for nondetection causes is made to identify the causes and explore potentialcounter measuresreducingthe discard rate. Methods Blood management data between 2013-2017 were collected and used forretrospective cohort study. Results In 2013-2017,a total of 4 777 640 U of whole blood/blood components were collected and prepared in Guangzhou Blood center,of which,281 250 U were discarded.The discard rate was 5. 89%(281 250/4 777 640).The rate of blood discarded for non-detection reasons was 3. 01%(143 821/4 777 640),of which chylemia blood and bag leakage were the main causes.Other factors included non-scalar,expired blood,hemolysis,fibrin precipitation,clots etc.Conclusion Non-detection blood discardedin Guangzhou Blood Center increased during 2013-2016 but declined in 2017.We should continue to expand the publicity of voluntary blood donation,strengthen health consultation,improve the quality system and strictly execute to the Standard Operating Procedures to better utilize the precious blood resources.
