摘要
针对基于AHP的主观群决策方法中数值型判断矩阵无法描述专家对关系判断的不确定性,建立了一个包含判断矩阵构造、一致性检验、区间权重求解、多专家权重融合等多步骤的区间数主观群决策方法,提出一种新的区间数判断矩阵生产与一致性调整方法,将模糊c均值聚类分析应用到多专家权重的融合中。文章还从理论上和通过算例验证了该方法的可行性与合理性。
In view of the fact that numerical judgment matrix in the method of subjective group decision-making based on AHP fails to describe experts’ uncertainty about relationship judgment,this paper establishes a method of interval number subjective group decision-making which contains judgment matrix construction,consistency test,interval weight solution,multi-expert weight fusion,etc..And then the paper proposes a new method of interval number judgment matrix production and consistency adjustment,and applies fuzzy c-means(FCM) clustering analysis to the fusion of multi-expert weights.Finally the paper presents calculation example to verify the feasibility and rationality of the method theoretically.
