中青年男男性行为者高危行为特征及HIV检测现状

Behavioral features of young and middle-aged men who have sex with men and current situation of HIV testing

目的了解中青年男男性行为者定期检测HIV的情况,分析性行为特征及影响因素,为推广定期检测提供实践依据。方法通过医疗机构、社会组织、网络平台等途径,采用混雪球方法招募调查对象,开展匿名式电子问卷调查。结果 2016年1月—2018年6月开展男男性行为者专题宣传、干预、检测活动,符合要求的调查对象832人,招募并回收问卷792份,其中有效问卷760份,其中定期进行HIV抗体检测人数仅占58.68%,单因素分析显示,学历、对艾滋病防控知识、近1年性行为史、男男性行为角色、近半年男性性伴个数、近半年未戴安全套情况与是否定期HIV检测可能较为密切的关系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中青年男男人群定期进行HIV抗体检测率有待于进一步提高,需进一步加强艾滋病防控及检测的干预,提高高危人群安全性行为意识。

Objective To explore regular HIV testing situation and behavioral features and influencing factors of menwho have sex with men,, and to provide practical basis for promotion of regular HIV testing. Methods The members wererecruited by snowball sampling method in medical institutions, social organizations, network platforms and so on,andinvestigated by anonymous electronic questionnaires. Results January 2016-June 2018, the special promotion andintervention test activity for male sex offenders was carried out, 832 subjects meeting the requirements were surveyed, and 792 questionnaires were recruited and recovered, among which 760 were valid questionnaires. The percent of regular HIV antibodytesting was 58.68% among men who had sex with men.The univariate analysis showed that educational status, knowledge ofAIDS prevention and control,sexual history within one year, sexual roles, number of male sexual partners, and main reasons forwithout using condoms might be closely related to regular HIV testing(P<0.05). Conclusions The rate of regular testing ofHIV antibody among young and middle-aged men should be further increased. It is necessary to further strengtheninterventions of AIDS prevention, control and testing, and to improve awareness of safe sexual actions among high-risk persons..
