原发性干燥综合征合并神经系统病变研究进展

Research progress of neurological involvement in primary Sj?gren's syndrome

原发性干燥综合征是一种慢性炎症反应性自身免疫性疾病,主要累及外分泌腺,亦可累及神经系统,甚至部分患者以神经系统病变为首发症状。由于目前缺乏原发性干燥综合征合并神经系统病变的统一诊断标准,易误诊和漏诊。本文拟对原发性干燥综合征合并神经系统病变的研究进展和常见临床问题进行概述。

Primary Sjogren’s syndrome(pSS) is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease, mainlyaffecting exocrine glands. Nervous system can also be involved, which can represent the initialmanifestation of p SS in some patients. Due to the lack of any uniform diagnostic criteria, pSS is easy to bemissed or misdiagnosed. In this review, we provided an in-depth look at clinical manifestations andresearch hotspots of neurological involvement in pSS.
