摘要
目的评价外伤性泪小管断裂双路支撑管置入泪小管吻合术的效果。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年2月进行的下泪小管吻合术33例(33眼)的临床资料。在手术显微镜直视下寻找泪小管断端,行双路支撑管置入术。术后3个月拔管后随访6个月。结果33例(33眼)均在手术显微镜直视下找到泪小管断端,顺利行双路支撑管置入并在鼻腔打结。31例(93.9%)治愈。2例(6.1%)好转。结论双路支撑管置入泪小管吻合术治疗外伤性下泪小管断裂安全有效。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of bicanalicular stents intubation for the treatment of traumatic lower lacrimal canalicular laceration.Methods The clinical data of 33 eyes of 33 cases with lower lacrimal canalicular laceration from Jan.2017 to Feb.2018 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.The proximal end of the canalicular lacerations was found under microscope.Bicanalicular stents intubation was performed during operation.The lacrimal stent was removed 3 months after surgery.The follow-up time was 6 months.Results The lacrimal canaliculus segment of all cases were found successfully under operating microscope.Thirty-one cases (93.9%)were cured,2 cases (6.1%)were effective.Conclusion Bicanalicular stents intubation for the treatment of traumatic lower lacrimal canalicular laceration is effective and safe.
