翼状胬肉术后应用软性亲水性接触镜的效果

Efficacy of application of soft contact lens after pterygium surgery

目的探讨翼状胬肉术后应用软性亲水性接触镜的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2017年8月行翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术62例(62眼)的临床资料,随机分为两组,每组31例(31眼)。试验组在手术结束时角膜表面配戴软性亲水性接触镜,术后7 d取出;对照组不配戴接触镜。术后1、3、5和7d随诊复查。结果两组患者在年龄、性别及翼状胬肉面积的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组术后1、3及5 d的角膜刺激症状均轻于对照组(P<0.05)。术后角膜上皮愈合时间,试验组为(3.19±1.40)d,对照组为(5.84±1.42)d,试验组明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.02,P=0.00)。结论翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术后配戴软性亲水性接触镜能明显缩短角膜上皮愈合时间,减少早期的角膜刺激症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of application of soft contact lens after pterygium surgery.Methods The data of 62 eyes of 62 cases treated with pterygium surgery combined with limbal cell transplantation from Jan.2015 to Aug.2017 were collected and analyzed retrosptectively.All cases were randomly divided into two groups,31 eyes of 31 cases in each group.Experimental group weared soft contact lens after surgery and removed the lens 7 days after surgery.The control group did not wear soft contact lens.The follow-up time was at 1,3,5 and 7 days after surgery.Results There was no significant difference beteween the two groups in age,sex or pterygium size (P >0.05).The corneal irritation scores of experimental group were significantly less than those of control group at 1,3 and 5 days after surgery (P < 0.05).The mean corneal would healing time was (3.19±1.40)days in experimental group and (5.84±1.42)days in control group,respectively.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups (t =14.02,P =0.00 ).Conclusion Application of soft contact lens after pterygium surgery can significantly reduce the symptoms of corneal irritation and promote the healing of the comeal epithelium.
