摘要
艺术表演在我国一直是意识形态传播的重要渠道之一,改革开放之前几乎完全依靠财政补贴的资助,但这一模式难以为继,改革势在必行。与大多数领域改革逻辑相同,先通过增量改革来发展新体制,随着增量改革的积累,逐步改革整个艺术表演行业的体制结构,为存量的最终制度变迁创造条件,增强市场力量,降低财政依赖。通过对1996-2015年全国层面的时间序列数据构建回归模型可以发现:财政补贴与从业人数呈负相关关系,体制改革则与从业人数呈正相关关系,并对结论进行了更深入的探讨。
Performing arts has always been one of the important channels of ideological communication in China.Before reform and opening up,performing arts has almost entirely financed by the state's financial subsidies,but this model is unsustainable.It was through the incremental reform to the development of the new institution,and with the accumulation of incremental reform the institution structure gradually changed.Performing arts began system reform, strengthened market forces,and reduced dependence on the state's finances.This paper constructs regression model by using time series data of 1996 -2015 years in China.The study found that the financial subsidies and the number of employees have negative correlation.Meanwhile,the incremental reform and the number of employees have positive correlation.
