前列舒通胶囊联合α-受体阻滞剂治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎疗效观察

Qian lie shu tong capsule ombined with α-blocker in the treatment of type HI prostatitis cura- tive effect observation

目的探究前列舒通胶囊联合α-受体阻滞剂治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年3月至2017年8月本院男科门诊收治的78例慢性前列腺炎患者,分为对照组与观察组,观察组给予口服盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊与前列舒通胶囊;对照组给予口服盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊。观察两组治疗前后NIH-CPSI评分以及治愈率、显效率及有效率。结果治疗4周后两组NIH-CPSI评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),观察组治疗后疼痛不适或疼痛症状评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分、总评分优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组下降程度更为明显(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为88.4%(37/43),对照组为62.9%(22/35),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性前列腺炎综合治疗相互借鉴、取长补短,有利于缓解临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qianlie Shutong capsule combined with α-blocker in the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis. Methods From March 2016 to August 2017, 78 patients with chronic prostatitis of abnormal urination in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group. The observation group was given oral Qianlie Shutong capsule and α-blocker orally. The control group was given oral Qianlie Shutong capsule. NIH-CPSI score, cure rate, significant efficiency rate and efficient rate of two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, NIH-CPSI score of control group and observation group improved than before treatment (P<0.05). Pain symptom score, urine symptom score, quality of life score and total score of observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Pain symptom score, urine symptom score, quality of life score and total score had differences between observation group and control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Chronic prostatitis is most persistent. Chronic prostatitis etiology is unknown. Chronic prostatitis symptoms are not the same. Comprehensive treatment can achieve the goal of " relieving clinical symptoms" and improve the quality of life of patients.
