目的研究全身麻醉手术患者在不同时机下导尿的择期苏醒期躁动情况。方法本研究于2016年5月至2017年5月选取了本院内120例拟行全身麻醉手术患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为A、B、C三组,分别在不同时机(手术当日晨间、手术麻醉前、手术麻醉后)对患者进行导尿,对比不同导尿时机各组患者对导管的适应程度、苏醒期躁动分级和一次性导尿成功率。结果C组患者对导管的适应率为92.5%,显著优于A组和B组(P<0.05);C组患者的苏醒期躁动率为10%,显著低于A组和B组(P<0.05);C组患者的一次性导尿成功率为100%,显著高于A组(P<0.05),但与B组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论患者麻醉前,在手术室对患者进行导尿,可以有效提高患者术后对导尿管的适应率,同时也将降低患者的苏醒期躁动发生率,宜广泛应用和推广。

Objective To study the influence of time for urethral catheterization on the restlessness of patients in anesthesia recovery period. Methods From May 2016 to May 2017, 120 patients under general anesthesia were selected as the subjects. The patients were randomly divided into three groups: group A, B and C. Different catheterization time of each group of patients on the degree of catheter adaptation, recovery period of agitation and one-time catheterization success rate were compared. Results The adaptive rate of catheter in group C was 92.5%, which was significantly better than that in group A and group B (P<0.05). The agitation rate of group C was 10% in group A and group B (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between group C and group B (P>0.05). The success rate of disposable catheterization in group C was 100%, which was significantly higher than that in group A (P<0.05). Conclusions Before the anesthesia, patients in the operating room for catheterization, which can effectively improve the patient's response to the catheter after surgery, but also reduce the recovery period of patients with restlessness, should be widely used and promoted.
