中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白与肾损伤的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白(NGAL)早期的研究是围绕其作为急性肾损伤(AKI)新的早期诊断标志物展开,随后的研究发现它在慢性肾脏病、继发性肾脏病方面同样具有灵敏的诊断价值和预测作用,尤其在急慢性肾脏疾病的生物学预测价值和预后评估方面越发得以体现。因此本文重点围绕NGAL与肾脏损伤方面的研究展开综述。
