In this paper,through careful analysis of the original programs files of the imported cans paUetiser,and changed the original programs and related hardware position adjustment,the new 500mL×12 carton packaging stacking function has been realized.After modification,the economic benefit is remarkable.Not only modification cost is zero, but also it saves considerable production labor cost.There is a preliminary calculation:when there are 10000 kilolitres of production each year,and the auxiliary workers piece rate charged with 12 yuan per hour,the saving Labor cost would be 115200 yuan per year.With the production and labor cost increasing,the saving effect will be even more remarkable.
