跨组织物流信息生态系统—对上海城市现代物流信息平台建设规划的思考

Inter-organizational Logistics Information Eco-system—Thoughts on Shanghai Modern Logistics Information Platform Strategic Planning

本文在分析上海城市发展对物流信息平台需求的基础上,概括出物流信息平台规划的内容,总结出城市现代物流信息平台的两大基本特征:跨组织性和生态性,依此为依据提出了跨组织物流生态系统(SILIE)概念、SILIE的总体框架结构和SILIE建设规划的三个指导模型,最后指出了上海城市现代物流信息平台建设规划的策略。

This paper first analyzes the requirements for logistics information platform in the development of Shanghai, then summarizes the content of logistics information platform strategic planning and the fundamental characteristic of today′s urban logistics information platform: inter-organization and eco-system. Based on such analysis, the new concept Shanghai Inter-organizational Logistics Information Eco-system (SILIE) is put forward. The architecture and three reference models for SILIE′s planning and implementation are further explored. At last, the strategy for the building of SILIE is given.
