组织冗余与中国企业海外并进型战略——基于中国上市公司的实证研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于企业数据提供了组织冗余与中国企业海外并进型战略的新证据。基于资源基础理论与组织冗余相关研究,从战略形成的角度出发,探究已吸收的冗余和可利用的冗余对中国企业海外并进型战略的影响机制。研究发现,已吸收的冗余和可利用的冗余越高,企业海外并进型战略平衡度越低。同时,CEO海外经验有助于企业有效利用组织资源推进海外并进型战略,且正向调节已吸收的冗余与企业海外并进型战略的关系。 This paper provides new evidence about the organizational slack and Chinese firms’ overseas ambidextrous strategy. Based on Resource-based View and organizational slack theory and focused on strategic formulation,this paper explores how absorbed slack and available slack influence Chinese enterprises’ overseasambidextrous strategyby empirically testing 91 listed manufacturing companies in China. It shows that the more absorbed slack and available slack are accumulated,the more unbalanced overseasambidextrous strategy is formed. Besides,CEO’ s overseas experience does great help in effectively organizing resources. Specifically,CEO’ s overseas experience positively moderates the relationship between absorbed slack and firm’ s ambidexterity.
