经济全球化发展的新形势赋予边缘市场新的内涵与角色。当前,重视与中东、拉美、非洲和欧洲发展中国家等边缘市场合作,既是中国应对发达国家市场风险和不确定性的重要选择,也是中国参与引领新一轮全球化的重要支撑。边缘市场地域辽阔、人口众多,存在的问题和拥有的优势不尽相同,加之外部世界的各种风险与不确性,与边缘市场合作面临诸多障碍与风险。为此,与边缘市场合作必须树立风险意识,将防范风险放在政府战略规划和企业投资决策的重要位置,不断提升市场合作主体的风险防范和应对能力。

The new situation of economic globalization has given new meaning and role to the marginalized markets. At present,China’ s cooperation with the marginalized markets such as the Middle Eastern,Latin American,African and European developing countries is not only an important choice for China to deal with the risks and uncertainties of developed markets,but also an important support for China to participate in leading a new round of globalization. The marginalized markets have vast land areas,large populations,and different problems and advantages. Coupled with the various risks and uncertainties in the outside world,there are many obstacles and risks in cooperating with marginalized markets. To this end,when cooperating with the marginalized markets,governments and going-out enterprises must have a sense of risk,put risk prevention in an important position of their strategic planning and investment decisions,and continuously improve the capabilities of the risk prevention and response.
