铁是肉鸡必不可少的元素之一,铁元素会对鸡的生理功能以及生产产生影响。文章综述了铁在鸡体内的分布、营养代谢以及影响肉鸡对铁吸收的因素和存在的问题。

Iron was one of the essential elements of chicken,and it had great influence on normal physiology function and the production of chicken.This paper reviewed the distribution of iron in chickens,nutritional metabolism,factors of affecting iron intake by chickens and the existing problems.
