紫锥菊提取物对环磷酰胺免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 将雄性小鼠150只随机分成正常对照组、免疫抑制对照组、紫锥菊提取物高、中、低剂量组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只。除正常对照组外,各组小鼠连续3 d腹腔注射100 mg·kg^(-1)BW环磷酰胺,建立免疫抑制模型小鼠。建模后高、中、低剂量组分别以240、120、60 mg·kg^(-1)BW水平,正常对照组和免疫抑制对照组给予等量的纯化水,连续灌胃给药30 d。结果表明,中、高剂量组小鼠碳廓清能力与免疫抑制组比较有显著性增高(P<0.05);各剂量组免疫器官指数有显著性增高(P<0.05);中、高剂量组血清溶血素值有显著性提高(P<0.05),高剂量组脾淋巴细胞增殖转化能力有显著性增强(P<0.05)。说明紫锥菊提取物具有调节免疫抑制小鼠非特异性和特异性免疫的作用,是一种效果极好的免疫调节剂。 One hundred and fifty male mice were randomly divided into five groups,including the control group, immunosuppressive model group,Echinacea-extract high,medium and low-dose groups,each group with 3 repeat, each repeat with 10 mice.Except control group,the immunosuppressive model mice were built by intraperitoneal injection of 100 mg·kg^-1 BW cyclophosphamide to the mice of each group for three consecutive days.After modeling, continuous gavage was performed for 30 d,the high,medium,and low dose groups were at the levels of 240,120 and 60mg·kg^-1 BW,the normal control group and the immunosuppressive control group were given the same amount of water.The results showed that the ability of carbon clearance in medium and high dose group was significantly higher than that in immunosuppressive group (P<0.05);there was a significant increase in the immune organ index in each dose group (P<0.05);serum hemolysin levels were significantly increased in middle and high dose groups (P<0.05), and the proliferation and transformation ability of splenic lymphocytes in high dose groups was significantly enhanced (P<0.05).The result showed that Echinacea extract has the function of regulating non-specific and specific immunity in immunosuppressive mice and is an excellent immunomodulatory agent.
