摘要
D-对羟基苯甘氨酸(D-HPG)是生物制药合成过程中产生的中间体,其母液的排放对环保造成了较大的压力。文章介绍了电渗析方法在D-HPG提取与母液脱盐过程中的应用,主要通过控制pH、电流、流量,实现脱除盐分的目的。电导率去除率可达90%以上,脱盐率可达80%以上,同时,母液损失率低,损失率低于5%,提取液纯度与品质高。与传统的树脂吸附与脱色方法相比,具有较低的运行成本与较高的性价比,也为食品、化工等行业物料的提纯开辟了新的工艺思路。
D-HPG is a kind of synthesis intermediates generated in biological pharmaceutical process. The discharge of D-HPG mother liquor will cause great pressure to environmental protection. This paper introduces the application ofelectrodialysis technology on the extraction of D-HPG and the desalination of mother liquor mainly by controlling thepH value, current and flow rate. The removal rate of conductivity can reach more than 90%;salt removal rate can reachmore than 80% while the loss rate of mother liquor can be lower than 5% and the extraction has higher purity and betterquality. Compared with the traditional method of resin absorption and decoloring process, the application ofelectrodialysis technology has relatively low operating cost and high cost performance efficient and it also provides a new method for the purification process in the food and chemical industry.
