变压器油中铜离子含量对绝缘性能影响的分析与处理

Insulation and Treatment of Copper Ions in Transformer Oil

分析了一起110kV变压器绝缘下降的原因。通过对变压器油的化验结果分析,并与类似故障的统计比较,发现油中铜离子含量偏高是变压器绝缘下降的根本原因。针对分析结果 ,提出了处理措施,试验结果验证了处理措施的有效性。

The reason of 110kV transformer's insulation deterioration is analysised in this paper.The transformer's oil is tested and analogy fault is compared,then the reason of insulation deterioration-copper ion bigger is discovered.The ameliorate way has been proposed also and the analysis'correctness is validated on test result.
