摘要
为了提高电厂能源利用率,加强能源消耗监控,对电厂分散控制系统(DCS)能耗监测平台进行设计,从能耗监测系统的设计原则、系统结构、功能和配置角度进行能耗监测的软硬件配置,实现对生产现场水、电、气、蒸汽等能源消耗数据的实时采集、传输和分析处理,构建调度协调,现场优化调整的的监测平台。
In order to improve energy efficiency and strengthen monitoring energy consumption in the power plant,distributed control system (DCS)energy consumption monitoring platform is designed.Compositions of hardware and software configuration in energy consumption monitoring system are design through principles,system structure,function and configuration.This system can acquisite,transmit,analyze and process the parameters of water,electricity and gas,steam and others in realtime.The purpose of this design is to schedule and coordinate parameters of energy consumption and optimize and adjust the energy consumption monitoring platform.
