Design of "Decision-Making and Office Affair" Monitoring System for Community Health Service Centers in Pudong New Area

目的:设计一套社区卫生服务中心"决策与办事"监控系统。方法:建立社区卫生服务中心协同高效办公机制、"三重一大"工作流程和医疗机构管理中心监管流程,提高社区卫生服务中心办公信息化水平和监管水平。结果:通过设计该监控系统,将有助于提高社区卫生服务中心办公流程审批效率,实现"三重一大"事项规范化管理。结论:该系统设计方案科学可行,富有创新性,有利于提高社区卫生服务中心办公信息化,提高监管水平。

Objective: Design a "decision-making and office affair" monitoring system for community health service centers in Pudong New Area. Methods: An efficient office mechanism for community health service centers, working processes of major matters and regulatory process for the management center were set up. The system will improve the community health service centers’ office informatization level and supervision level. Results: The monitoring system will help to improve the approval efficiency of the office process for the community health service centers, and realize the standardized management of major matters. Conclusion: The system design scheme is scientific, feasible, and innovative. It will help to improve the office informatization of community health service centers, and improve the supervision level.
