目的:由于信息量过大导致个人或系统无法有效处理利用并导致故障的状况,被称为信息过载。信息过载是目前医疗领域面临的一个严重问题。方法:个性化推荐系统作为解决该问题的一个有力工具,受到了众多的关注和研究。结果:介绍了医疗推荐系统的工作原理和主要模块,并对推荐系统在医疗领域中的应用模式和主要业务应用进行综述。结论:探讨了未来医疗推荐系统应满足的要求,为今后医疗推荐系统的规划、发展和建设提供参考。

Objective: Information overload, a serious problem in the current medical field, is a condition in which an individual or system is unable to handle and utilize excessive information. Methods: As a powerful tool to solve this problem, the personalized recommendation system has received numerous attention and research. Results: This paper introduces the working principle and the main modules of medical recommendation system, and reviews the application mode and main business applications of the recommendation system in the medical field. Conclusion: This paper discusses the future medical recommendation system should meet the requirement, to provide the reference for the future medical recommendation system planning, development and construction.
