摘要
目的:在"互联网+"的背景形势下,微信公众服务平台已成为各个领域服务机构拓展服务范围的重要举措,在信息化建设过程中利用微信公众医疗平台为患者提供更多的服务内容和功能。方法:曲靖市第一人民医院利用微信公众医疗平台,开展智能导诊、预约挂号、诊间支付、查看账单、查看检验检查报告等线上服务。结果:将线下实体就医的流程进行优化,明显缩短了患者在挂号、缴费和取报告等环节的等候时间。结论:利用微信公众平台提升了患者就医体验、优化就医流程,同时提高了医院的工作效率。
Objective: In the background of "Internet plus", WeChat official accounts has become an important initiative to expand the service scope of services organizations. Using WeChat public medical platform to improve hospital’s more service content and functions for patient in the process of information construction. Methods: Qujing First People’s Hospital uses the WeChat public medical platform to carry out online services such as intelligent guidance, appointment registration, medical payment, checking account and inspection report. Results: This method optimizes the process of offline entity seeking medical treatment, obviously shorten the waiting time of patients in registration, payment and reporting. Conclusion: Using WeChat Public Medical Platform to enhance the patient’s medical experience, optimize the proces of medical treatment, meanwhile, it also improves the hospital’s working efficiency.
