灵龟八法联合常规针刺治疗颈型颈椎病的前瞻性对照研究

A prospective controlled study of eight methods of intelligent turtle combined with routine acupuncture for cervical spondylotic myelopathy

目的探讨灵龟八法联合常规针刺治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取2015-12月-2017-12收治的90例颈型颈椎病患者,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例。其中,对照组采用常规取穴针刺治疗,观察组采用灵龟八法取穴联合常规针刺治疗。两组均治疗1个月后进行疗效观察。结果两组治疗1个月后的VAS评分、NDI指数和颈部症状积分均显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组的3项指标改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率为97.8%(44/45),显著高于对照组的82.2%(37/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用灵龟八法取穴联合常规针刺治疗颈型颈椎病,可进一步减轻疼痛等症状,改善功能障碍,提高整体疗效,有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of eight methods of intelligent turtle combined with routine acupuncture on cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods From December 2015 to December 2017,90 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with eight methods of intelligent turtle combined with routine acupuncture.The two groups were treated for 1 month and then the curative effect was observed.Results After treatment for 1 month,the VAS score,cervical NDI index and score of cervical symptoms of two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05),and the improvement of the three indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 97.8%(44/45),which was significantly higher than that of the control group [82.2%(37/45],the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Eight methods of intelligent turtle combined with routine acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis can further alleviate pain and other symptoms, improve functional disorders,improve the overall effect,and has clinical value.
