新疆农产品流通渠道合作关系研究——以农业社会企业嵌入为视角

Study on Cooperative Relationship of Agricultural Products Circulation Channels in Xinjiang:From Perspective of Embedding of Agricultural Social Enterprises

如何解决农产品流通渠道各成员合作中存在的诸多问题,保持稳定的合作关系是学术界关注的焦点。通过实地调研,梳理目前新疆农产品流通渠道的合作关系,发现存在合作各方地位不对等、信息不对称、合作层次较低及合作模式不健全等弊端,导致合作关系不稳定。提出通过农业社会企业嵌入创新渠道合作,以分散众包、土地入股、地权流转的方式帮助农民增收;通过线上线下融合,促使下游渠道增值;建立渠道成员间合作关系,并通过成本共担及收益共享稳定合作关系,提高农产品供应链整体效益。

Through field investigation, we sort out the current cooperative relationship of the agricultural products circulation channels in Xinjiang, and identify the existing problems such as unequal status of the cooperating parties, information asymmetry, low cooperation level and unsound cooperation mode, etc., resulting in unstable cooperation. Next, we propose to embed the agricultural social enterprises into the innovative channel to help farmers increase their income through dispersive crowdsourcing, pooling of land as shares and land right transfer;to increase the value of downstream channels through online and offline integration;to establish cooperative relationship among channel members;and to share costs and revenues to stabilize the cooperative relationship and improve the overall efficiency of the agricultural product supply chain.
