区域综合物流园区协同发展与提质增效对策研究——以湖州市为例

Countermeasures Research on Synergetic Development of Regional Integrated Logistics Park to Enhance Its Quality and Efficiency: Taking Huzhou as an Example

物流园区是物流业发展的重要基础设施,对区域实体经济发展具有重要促进作用。以湖州市辖下物流园区为例,针对区域综合物流园区发展过程中存在的条块分割、区域封锁、重复建设、产能浪费、同质化竞争、效率低下等问题,提出应建立协同发展联盟机制、寻求协同发展突破方向、创新协同发展共赢策略等对策建议,旨在推动区域物流园区良性竞争与协同发展、促进物流园区提质增效,更好地服务实体经济发展。

Logistics park is one type of important infrastructure for the development of the logistics industry,and plays a critical role in promoting the development of regional real economy.At present,there are many problems in the development of regional integrated logistics parks,such as block division,regional blockade,redundant construction,waste of production capacity,homogeneous competition,low efficiency,and so on.Aiming at the problems existing,some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the synergetic development of the regional integrated logistics parks are put forward from the following three aspects,namely establishing the alliance mechanism,seeking the breakthrough direction,and innovating the win-win strategy.The purpose of this paper is to promote the benign competition and synergetic development of regional integrated logistics parks,and enhance its quality and efficiency to better serve the development of regional real economy.
