摘要
考虑由单个港口和单个航运企业所构成的二级港口服务供应链,在航运企业服务水平影响市场需求的情况下,研究港口服务供应链的服务质量协调问题。通过对比分散式和集中式决策行为,采用收益共享与成本共担的契约来对供应链进行协调。理论分析表明:收益共享成本共担契约能够激励航运企业提高服务水平,实现帕累托改进,进而改善整个供应链的协调效果。最后,通过算例验证了收益共享成本共担契约的有效性,并对主要参数的灵敏度进行了分析。
Considering the two-echelon port service supply chain consisting of a single port and a single shipping company,the issue of service quality coordination of the port service supply chain is studied under the condition that the service level of the shipping enterprise affects market demand.By comparing the decentralized and centralized decision-making behaviors,the supply chain is coordinated using revenue and cost sharing contracts.The theoretical analysis shows that the contracts can encourage the shipping enterprise to improve its service level and achieve Pareto improvement,thereby improving the coordination of the entire supply chain.Finally,the validity of the revenue and cost sharing contract is verified through a numerical example,and the sensitivity of the main parameters is analyzed.
