模糊ABC-FSN分类法在企业库存管理中的应用

Application of Fuzzy ABC-FSN Classification in Enterprise Inventory Management

考虑到库存物料间存在着一定的关联性,在传统ABC分类法的基础上加入FSN分类法。同时,为降低因价值或消耗量波动对分类结果造成的影响,引入模糊理论建立价值和消耗量模糊因子,构建模糊ABC-FSN分类法对企业库存物料进行分类管理。以中车株机公司库存管理为例,模糊ABC-FSN分类法使企业库存物料分类更加细致具体,相应的库存管理策略有助于降低库存管理费用,提高企业核心竞争力。

Considering that there is certain correlation between different classes of inventory materials,we added the FSN classification method onto the traditional ABC classification system.At the same time,to reduce the impact of value or consumption fluctuation on the classification result,the fuzzy theory was introduced to ascertain the value and consumption fuzzy factors,as well as the fuzzy ABC-FSN classification system for the class-based management of the inventory materials.Next in the case of the CRRC Zhuzhou Company,we demonstrated that the fuzzy ABC-FSN classification could enable more detailed and specific inventory material classification practice,and the corresponding inventory management strategy could help reduce inventory management costs and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
