Risks,Challenges and Countermeasures against Terrorism Along the “One Road One Belt” Regions

"一带一路"途经多个恐怖主义活跃地带,该倡议在实施中面临国际恐怖组织外溢、恐怖主义与热点问题叠加共振、暴力极端思想加速蔓延等风险挑战,需要加以防范和应对。应对上述风险,我们应坚持总体国家安全观,统筹国际国内两个大局,统筹发展安全两件大事,完善顶层设计、注重标本兼治、深化合作交流、预置海外力量、防控涉恐风险、提升安保能力,为"一带一路"的稳步推进营造安全稳定的环境。

With the active terrorism along the "One Road One Belt"regions,the initiative is facing the challenges from international terrorism organizations,double influence,of terrorism and hot issues,and the accelerated violent extremes.It is proposed to adhere to an overall view of national security,keep on guard both dometically and abroad,arrange development and security well,perfect top-design,and address both the symptoms and root cause. In order to create a stable and safe environment for the "One Road One Belt"initiative,more actions should be taken such as deepen cooperation,preset overseas forces,prevent terrorist risks,and promote safe-guarding capacity.
