基于OTS系统的酸碱中和系统的建模与仿真

摘要 为不断完善火电厂工业废水酸碱中和系统的控制策略,同时为电厂操作人员的岗前培训提供一个操作平台,基于Intouch组态软件以及OTS系统开发了一套酸碱中和系统的仿真软件。该软件是对酸碱中和系统的建模与仿真,最大程度地实现了火电厂酸碱中和系统的各项基本控制功能,动态模拟和参数显示;为电厂酸碱中和系统的优化控制算法提供了实验平台,同时为火电厂技术人员提供良好的培训工具。 In order to continuously improve the control strategy of the acid-base neutralization system of industrial wastewater in thermal power plants,and provide an operation platform for pre-job training of power plant operators,this paper developed a set of acid-base neutralization system based on Intouch configuration software and OTS simulation system. The simulation software,which is the modeling and simulation of the acid-base neutralization system,realizes the basic control functions of the acid-base neutralization system of the thermal power plant to the greatest extent,dynamic simulation and parameter display,and the acid-base neutralization of the power plant. It provides an experimental platform for the optimization control algorithm of power plant acid-base neutralization system and provides a good training tool for the technical personnel of thermal power plant.
