水溶蜡型芯在精密铸造中的应用

Application of Water-soluble Wax Core in Investment Casting

针对内腔结构比较复杂、模具无法抽芯的产品,采用水溶蜡代替尿素制作可溶性型芯进行蜡模制作。水溶蜡可溶性型芯具有外表光滑、强度高,收缩小,尺寸稳定、无气味、环保等特点,能够满足内腔结构复杂产品的制作要求。

Aiming at the investment casting parts with complicated cavity structure and difficulty in core-drawing out,water-soluble wax core was adopted to make wax pattern instead of urea.Water-soluble core have the features of smooth surface,high strength and low contraction,stable dimension and environment,fully meeting the requirement for making the complicated components.
