摘要
基于单因素试验和完全析因试验,利用Simufact仿真模拟软件进行数值分析,以实际外径和壁厚偏差为评价指标,以轴向错距、工作角、圆弧半径为变量因素,揭示了锡青铜强力旋压连杆衬套尺寸精度因素间的交互作用及影响。结果表明,单因素试验中,实际外径和壁厚偏差随着轴向错距增大而呈现增大的趋势,实际外径和壁厚偏差均随着工作角与圆弧半径的增加整体呈现减小的趋势。在析因试验中,因素间存在交互作用且不容忽视,甚至超过了一些单因素的主效应。
Based on single factor test and complete factorial testing,numerical simulation was carried out by using Simufact software.The actual outer diameter and wall thickness deviation were taken as evaluation indexes,and the axial offset,working angle and arc radius were counted into as variables to reveal the interaction and influence between factors of dimensional precision of power spinning tin bronze.The results indicate that in the single factor testing,the deviation of the actual outer diameter and wall thickness is increased with the increase of axial offset,and it is decreased with the increase of working angle and arc radius.In the factorial testing,interaction between the factors plays a important role,even exceeding the main effects of some single factors.
