美国Mayer系列人造提花毛皮机电气系统改造

摘要 基于进口美国Mayer系列人造提花毛皮机的电气系统已进入老化和高故障率状态,文中提出一套针对该类设备整个电气系统的国产化改造方案。详细介绍用于改造的电气控制系统的组成及工作原理,以及控制系统中花型处理器、编织转速控制、电磁选针器驱动、梳理头步进电动机控制以及故障自停等关键部件的硬件电路设计。最后,简要介绍整个控制系统的软件设计,包括主控制微处理器软件、花型处理器软件、步进电动机控制软件。该研究为Mayer系列提花毛皮机的电气系统改造提供了技术支持和参考。 Based on the ageing and high failure rate of electrical system of Mayer artificial jacquard fur machine imported from America,a set of domestic modifying scheme for the whole electrical system of this kind of equipment is proposed in this paper.The composition and working principle of the electrical control system used in the modification are described in detail,and the hardware circuit design of the key components,such as for the jacquard pattern processing,the running speed control,the electromagnetic needle selector drive,the carding head stepper motor control and the fauh stop motion,are described in detail as well.Finally,"the software design of the whole control system is briefly introduced,including main control microprocessor software,jacquard pattern processor software and stepper motor control software.This research provides technical support and references for the electrical system modification of Mayer series jacquard fur machine.
