Pattern Matching and Path Optimization of Urban Social Endowment in New Era

在"新时代"中国特色社会主义阶段,在老龄化加速趋势下,传统的家庭养老功能逐步退化,而城镇社会养老模式尚不健全,亟待化解养老供给不平衡不充分问题。本文提出了城镇社会养老供给的"新时代"目标,对"新时代"城镇社会养老的供给主体模式匹配进行分析,设计出新型的"政府扶助+社区主导+企业培育"供给模式及其优化路径,力图增强"新时代"城镇居民的养老获得感。

Urban social endowment is an important proposition of Xi Jinping'thought on the New Era.Under the accelerated aging trend,the traditional endowment function of family is gradually degraded,while the social endowment mode in urban is still not sound,which urgently needs to solve the problem of unbalanced and inadequate.This paper clarifieds the goal of the "New Era"of urban social endowment supply,and carries out the "New Era"pattern matching analysis of the supply subject of urban social endowment,designs a new supply mode of "government aids +community leading +enterprise cultivation"and its optimization path,in order to enhance urban residents'endowment sense in the "New Era".
