基于融合理念的农业科技创新资源配置模式研究——以英国农业创新中心为例

Research on the Mode of Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Resource Allocation Based on the Concept of Convergence——Taking the Agricultural Innovation Center of UK as an Example

本文在美国艺术与科学研究院、美国国家科学院相关研究报告的基础上提出了融合研究的概念,结合相关理论尝试构建了基于融合理念的农业科技创新资源配置理论体系,并实证分析了英国基于融合理念构建和实施的农业创新中心。研究结果表明,基于融合理念的农业科技创新资源配置模式的构建不仅需要将多学科团队、多主体网络、多阶段价值链进行整合,同时还需要政府完善相关制度和政策制定,引导多方主体参与,整合多种资源共同开展合作创新活动,实现科技与经济的有效结合。

This paper has explored the concept of convergence research based on the reports proposed by the American Academy of Arts &Sciences and the National Academy of Sciences.The resource allocation system of the agricultural science and technology innovation based on the concept of convergence has been constructed.The resource allocation system has been used to analyze the agricultural innovation center which was constucted by the way of convergence to improve UK's agricultural science and technology innovation resource allocation.The result shows that the construction of agricultural science and technology innovation resource allocation model based on convergence not only relies on the integration of muhi-disciplinary teams, multi-agent networks and multi-stage value chains,but also the relevant systems and policies are need to be improved by the government.The participants and the innovation resources should also be guided by the government to participate in cooperative innovation activities.The effective combination of science,technology and economy will come true based on the cooperative innovation activities.
