摘要 急性B淋巴细胞白血病(acute B-cell lymphoblastic leu-kemia,B-ALL)为起源于单个B淋巴细胞前体细胞的血液系统恶性肿瘤[1],复发率及病死率高。其常见并发症为发热、肝脾淋巴结肿大、骨痛、出血[2],肠套叠为B-ALL的罕见并发症。
