摘要
目的研究密生雪灵芝的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱层析、大孔吸附树脂、中压柱层析、Sephadex LH-20和反相C18半制备液相色谱等手段进行分离纯化,并通过1HNMR、13CNMR等波谱技术来鉴定结构。结果从密生雪灵芝全草的正丁醇萃取物中分离得到了10个化合物,分别鉴定为:小麦黄素(Ⅰ)、小麦黄素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、山奈酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅲ)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(Ⅴ)、没食子酸(Ⅵ)、山奈酚(Ⅶ)、槲皮素(Ⅷ)、芹菜素(Ⅸ)、杨梅素(Ⅹ)。结论所有化合物均为首次从密生雪灵芝中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical components of Arenaria densissima. METHODS Silica gel,macroporous resin,MCI gel,Sephadex LH-20 and reversed phase C18 semi-prep-HPLC were used for the isolation andpurification. Structures of the isolated compounds were identified through1 HNMR and13 CNMR. RESULTS Ten compoundswere isolated from n-butyl alcohol extraction of the whole plant of A. densissima. They were identified as tricin( Ⅰ),tricin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( Ⅱ),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside( Ⅲ),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅳ),diisobutyl-phthalate( Ⅴ),gallic acid( Ⅵ),kaempferol( Ⅶ),quercetin( Ⅷ),apigenin( Ⅸ),and myricetin( Ⅹ).CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
