摘要
目的探究茸怡露口服液是否具有抗辐射和免疫调节的功能。方法用60Coγ射线照射小鼠,测定小鼠经茸怡露口服液治疗前后外周血白细胞的数量,采用紫外分光光度计法测定治疗后骨髓细胞中DNA的含量;通过注射氢化可的松制备小鼠免疫缺陷模型,测定治疗后小鼠外周血淋巴细胞的转化率,并计算脾脏、胸腺指数。结果茸怡露口服液能抑制被辐射小鼠外周血白细胞数量的降低、骨髓细胞中DNA含量的减少,能显著升高小鼠外周血淋巴细胞的转化率,提高脾脏、胸腺指数。结论茸怡露口服液具有抗辐射和免疫调节的功能。
OBJECTIVE To explore the anti -radiation and immunoregulation effects of Rongyilu oral liquid.METHODS The white blood cell count of mice irradiated by ^60 Co -γ -ray were detected before and after the treatment of Rongyilu oral liquid.The DNA amount in marrow cells of mice were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer.The immunodeficiency model of mice was established by hydrocortisone injection,and then the lymphocyte count,spleen index and hymus index of mice were detected after the treatment.RESULTS Rongyilu oral liquid could inhibit the reduction of the white blood cell count and DNA amount,and it could increase the percent conversion peripheral blood lymphocyte,spleen index and thymus index of mice. CONCLUSION Rongyilu oral liquid has the function of anti -radiation and immunoregulation.
