摘要
采用5%(wt)的核壳粒子增韧高温环氧树脂体系,研制出一种高温固化环氧基湿剥离布。该湿剥离布本身具有较高的耐热性,其玻璃化转变温度为187.8℃,5%热失重温度为397.5℃。经该湿剥离布处理的复合材料表面的粘接性能得到了提高,双搭接剪切强度达到了24.52MPa。
A high temperature curing epoxy based wet peel ply is developed by toughening the high temperature epoxy resin system with 5%(wt) core-shell particles.The wet peel ply has high heat resistance,its glass transition temperature is 187.8℃ and 5%thermal weight loss temperature is 397.5℃.The adhesion property of the composite surface treated with the wet peel ply is improved,and the double lap shear strength of composite reaches 24.52MPa.
