摘要 高速铁路路基基床混凝土是控制铁路路基不均匀沉降的关键技术。结合北京至沈阳铁路客运专线京冀段站前工程路基基床混凝土施工情况,针对施工中出现钢筋保护层厚度过大、模板加固不牢固、预埋件安装位置不准确、混凝土浇筑振捣不密实等几方面问题,不断进行现场实践,优化各工序施工工艺及工装设备,总结出基床混凝土施工质量控制要点,取得了较快的施工进度和良好的经济效益和社会效益,对于后续类似工程的施工具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。 High-speed railway subgrade bed concrete is the key technology to control uneven settlement of the subgrade.Based on the concrete construction of subgrade bed before building the station in Beijing-Hebei section of Beijing-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Line,aiming at the problems arised in construction such as overthiekness of steel bar protective layer,insufficient reinforcement of template,inaccurate installation position of embedded parts,uncompaeted concrete pouring and vibrating,the continuous on-site practice was carried out to optimize construction technology and engineering equipment in each process,and the construction quality control points for bedding concrete were summed up,which obtained the fast construction progress and good economic benefits and social benefits.It could be served as a certain reference and guidance significance for the construction of subsequent similar projects.
